Job Summary:

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Work closely with drivers, logistics teams, and customers to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes.
• Monitor and track vehicle performance, ensuring maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and regulations.
• Assist in managing transportation budgets and cost control.
• Handle transportation-related documentation (e.g., delivery notes, manifests).
• Resolve any delivery-related issues or delays.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transportation activities.
• Provide support for fleet management, including vehicle inspections and repairs.
