• Schedule Management: Plan and organize driver schedules and festive holiday coverage to ensure adequate workforce for deliveries and collections.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely deliveries with no service failures by overseeing the delivery operations.
• Driver Monitoring: Track driver attendance, manage absenteeism, and ensure records, including license renewals, are up to date. Conduct daily de-briefs and report on them.
• Fleet Maintenance: Monitor and maintain fleet and equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, and arrange timely repairs to maximize truck availability.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per Linde and Toll Administration requirements.
• Safety Meetings: Participate in regular Toolbox and Monthly Driver Safety Meetings.
