Our more than 1,000 transport planners worldwide offer a full range of services, from front-end feasibility studies and policy development to full-scale strategic modeling and scheme appraisal, to the detailed analysis of projects. With a wealth of projects in the pipeline we currently have an opportunity within our Transportation business for you to work with a team of transport planners, modellers and traffic engineers on a variety of transportation planning, modelling, traffic engineering, parking, public transport planning projects. We are looking for a Transport Modeller to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering, Transport/ Town Planning, to join a Transport Team in Malaysia as a Transport Planner / Modeller. You will primarily support the Transport Planning team in the preparation of transport studies in Malaysia and across Asia. You will provide technical and analytical support to projects across the spectrum of our transport planning and transport modelling business. You will undertake data analysis and processing of data to provide high quality inputs to modelling and appraisal activities, preparation of study reports and presentation slides, and support the development of forecasts, transport strategies, business cases and other forms of transport assessment.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

• Bachelor in civil engineering, (transport/ town planning, mathematics, physics or other relevant subject)
• Experience with one or more transportation modeling software packages and programming languages and the interest and ability to develop additional modelling and programming language proficiency. (EMME, VISSIM, VISUM, CUBE, SIDRA)
• Numerate with excellent data analysis skills. Competency in data analysis packages, such as Excel/Access.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken, written English and presentation skills
