- Plan and arrange delivery truck and manpower for loading, delivery and distribution activities. - Plan and arrange driver and attendant off day schedule - Follow-up with drivers for outstation delivery matters - Review the validity of customer complaint related to transportation issue; follow-up with customer on complaint until case closed - To assist in monitoring and reporting delivery truck maintenance activities - Monitor internal and customer\xe2\x80\x99s KPI on transportation activities - To conduct transportation records checking and verification - Any other additional task assigned by the management staff
