This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established transportation company providing tailored bus solutions to schools and businesses across Klang Valley. With over 40 years of experience in the industry and a fleet size of more than 50 vehicles under their management.

They are currently looking for a candidate to join their administration and operation team based in one of the most prestigious international school in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with people from diverse and international backgrounds in a beautiful and spacious international campus setting.

Job Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbf

• Supervise the daily operations of school buses in an established international school
• Work closely with the school management to address any operational issues, feedback or areas of improvement
• Handle customer queries or feedback in a proactive, timely and professional manner
• Ensure the smooth running of the school buses in accordance with our SOPs
• Assist and provide instructions to drivers and staff members
• Train in using our internal software, hardware and various programs that is used in our day to day operations

Job Requirements:\xef\xbb\xbf

• A Bachelors Degree holder
• Have excellent communication and people skills
• Able to communicate and write proficiently in English and Malay
• Able to work well and manage expectations of various stakeholders such as school staff, bus drivers, school children and parents
• Preferably be able to start work at 6am
• We accept candidates from other industries or work experience. All job functions and responsibilities can be learned on the job.

Remuneration

RM 5,000 - RM 7,000
