Both written and communication (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Tanggungjawab

• Design tour itinerary and create tour departure\xe2\x80\xa2 Handling phone calls with airlines and ground operators\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring the Operations process flow implementations are according to company\'s policy\xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up travel activities regarding quotation with ground operators\xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with the Operation Manager regarding products development\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring Payment & Deadlines requirements are actioned for respective airlines and ground operators\xe2\x80\xa2 Collect and pay attention to customer & tour leader\'s feedback and provide reaction plans wherever applicable\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle customer cancellation, short payment and others\xe2\x80\xa2 Take charge of private group\'s itinerary (exp. custom make itinerary and quotation)\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the ground bookings with local ground operator i.e. Hotel Reservation, restaurant bookings, domestic flight\xe2\x80\xa2 Email engagement & communication with ground operator, airlines and arrange for tour assignments to Tour leader\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure full name list, departure/ arrival date are accurate before air ticket issued.
