Job Description


  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. Positive attitude and responsible character. Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details. Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Good proficiency on written & spoken English and Mandarin, as the role requires candidate to engage with mostly English & Mandarin speaking customers. Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach.
  • Good understanding knowledge of tour software (Computer Reservations Systems, GDS systems and E-Travel).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Candidate possessed Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or prior working experience will be prioritize. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply as well.
Responsibilities
  • Attends & handles general inquiries and provide customer service to clients via calls, walk-ins, funnels & emails. Diagnose the clients\' specifications, wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services. Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable tour options.
  • Providing information about tour packages, ascertaining customers requirements and advising them on travel arrangements. Resolves customers\' travel needs & handle unforeseen challenges.
  • Making and confirming clients reservations. Collect payments, passports and visas for confirmed booking. Issue tickets, boarding passes and vouchers. Create and update digital records of clients.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to reach the revenue and profit targets.
  • Outbound tour leading as Tour Leader or Tour Manager.
