Candidates who able to work independently and with teams.
Work for 5.5 working days (Monday to Friday, 1/2 day on Saturday).
Candidates with prior working experiences will be prioritize.
Candidates possessed Diploma/Degree in Tourism or Hospitality will be prioritize.

Tanggungjawab
To develop and create tour packages, including itineraries, inclusions, exclusions and pricing.
To coordinate with local partners, guides, hotels, transportation providers, and attraction sites.
To research new destinations and experiences to offer in tour packages.
To manage day-to-day operations, including booking systems and reservations.
To ensure all tour logistics (accommodation, transport, meals, guides) run smoothly.
To ensure tours meet legal, safety, and health regulations, both locally and internationally.
To stay updated on visas, passports, and customs regulations for various destinations.
To prepare budgets for tours and monitor profitability.
To build and maintain relationships with suppliers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides).
To negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with suppliers.
To ensure timely payments and efficient communication with suppliers.
To manage unexpected situations such as delays, cancellations, or issues with suppliers.
To provide real-time solutions to ensure a smooth tour experience for clients.
To collect feedback from customers after tours to improve future offerings.
To analyze feedback and suggest improvements to tour packages or operations.
