Trucking Assistant
Job Description
- Receive and execute customer truck booking via email, fax & sms - Arrange and manage the drivers and truck for the local, export and import shipment - Resolve customer issues related to the shipment - Update and provide truck and drivers details, follow up with drivers on shipment status and monitor GPS on truck movement. - Comply with trucking ISO 9001 procedures and standard in the daily trucking operation
