to support the daily operations of will drafting, document management, and client servicing. You will play a key role in ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, amend, and finalise wills using approved templates.
Manage safekeeping, custody, tracking, and retrieval of wills.
Handle inquiries from clients, agents, and internal teams.
Review legal documentation related to wills and trustee services.
Support internal and external audits with accurate and complete documentation.
Prepare operational and management reports.
Assist in workflow improvement, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.
Conduct and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Train and guide new team members when needed.
Provide backup coverage for team members as required.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling documentation-heavy tasks.
