Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for M&E works from conception to completion.
Tender and Contracts:
Preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and pricing schedules. This involves sourcing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, as well as managing contracts.
Valuation and Claims:
Reviewing and verifying subcontractor payment claims, issuing payment certificates, and preparing progress claims to clients.
Project Coordination:
Liaising with clients, site managers, contractors, and M&E consultants to ensure compliance with quality standards and budget requirements.
Risk Management:
Analyzing project risks and advising on cost control measures and value engineering.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
