Provide training support to the agency force to effectively meet their training needs to function productively within the industry & regulatory requirements.

To ensure discipline, integrity and professionalism in agency distribution channel. Key Responsibilities:
Develop training policies, strategies, processes and programmes to equip and engage the agency force to function productively within the regulatory environment
Assess the training needs of the agency force and to close up the gaps for the development of an effective & efficient agency force
Develop & enhance training modules (technical & soft skills) to effectively meet the training needs of the agency force
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the trainings conducted by branches or Agency Training & maintain the training evaluation at a minimum level of satisfactory
Keep abreast of the industry & regulatory developments to ensure compliance and effective communication to update branches and agency force
Monitor the CPD points & AMLA fulfillment by the agency force & report to the branches to facilitate the renewal of UT registration at the targeted level
Develop & enhance training materials/tools to support sales performance of the agency force
Participate in new business development projects for the agency business which includes new products/services and regional expansion. In this respect, to drive the agency business expansion to Indonesia.
Provide necessary marketing support to the branches/agency force to facilitate the sales submission. In this respect to drive the ASNB Referral business through the branches & account servicing to important contributing agent to agency business.
To review and recommend improvement of Internal Control and Policies and Procedures designed to safeguard and promote organization growth and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Report the result of all audits findings to Supervisor for improvement and action.
Conduct investigation on cases involving fraud /misconduct / irregularities. To ensure that all investigation cases are look into diligently.
Ensure timely completion of the investigation cases and preparation of investigation report to Disciplinary Committee.
To ensure that any results derived from the investigation is kept as confidential. To handle investigation with caution in providing excellent personalized service. To initiate, recommend solutions to respective department / division if require.
Analyze cases involving fraud /misconduct / irregularities, modus operandi and recommend actions to prevent reoccurrences.
Work with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, legals, Compliance in the investigation.
Assist in formulating and enforcement of policies / guidelines related to Agency Conduct Integrity.
Any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
