Position Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Tokyo Adcreate, you will play a key role in crafting seamless and visually appealing user experiences for our digital advertising platforms. Working in collaboration with our dynamic team, you\'ll have the opportunity to influence the design direction and contribute to the success of our groundbreaking projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define project goals and requirements. Create sitemap, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction. Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the overall user experience. Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Ability to multitask between different project Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the advertising or marketing industry. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.). Familiarity with UI/UX Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) Familiarity with creating Original Art Design (eg: Character, Environment, 2D/3D Assets) is added advantage. Understanding of Japanese design trends and cultural nuances. Understanding of Virtual Technology/Multimedia Development (eg: Unreal Engine) is added advantage. Understanding of 3D Design & use of 3D software (eg: Blender, Maya, Cinema4d) is added advantage.
