The ideal art director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients. We are looking for an experienced manager, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. Objectives of this Role

• Oversee the art department by hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring staff
• Establish art department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service
• Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
• Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement
• Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance

Job Requirements: 1. Primarily responsible for web and mobile product interface design, as well as data visualization interface design. Ability to independently and consistently deliver high-quality design tasks. 2. Familiarity with online game UI design experience and a background in fine arts or a related field. 3. Strong learning ability and design skills, with a good understanding of user experience. 4. Passion for online gaming, strong hand-drawing skills, proficiency in common software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. 5. Excellent visual design skills with a passion for creativity and a rich imagination. Adept at grasping various visual styles and dedicated to pursuing diverse artistic expressions. Strong ability to handle color, lines, and details effectively. 6. Responsible for related design work in company promotion, including product promotion, poster design, animation design, H5 page design, etc. 7. Stay updated on the latest trends in interaction, design, and creative industries. Provide innovative ideas and perspectives on interface design and user experience, continuously optimizing and iterating products. 8. Priority consideration for those with product prototype design experience and online game experience 9. Quickly understand UI/UX design solutions for products and generate high-quality visual design proposals based on requirement documents/interaction documents.
