Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze user feedback and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and input on design concepts.

User Interface Design (UI):

Create visually appealing, pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications. Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces that align with the brand's visual identity. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.

User Experience Design (UX):

Develop user flows and information architecture to ensure smooth user journeys. Design interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and navigation. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.

Interaction Design:

Define and design interactive elements such as buttons, menus, and navigation. Ensure consistency in design patterns and interactions across different platforms.

Visual Design:

Create compelling visual assets, icons, and graphics that enhance the user experience. Apply a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals. Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply innovative design techniques to enhance user engagement and usability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes. Knowledge of front-end development concepts and capabilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Nuxtjs, Laravel) is a plus.w Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
