Position : UIUX Designer

Salary : up to RM 7,500

Location : KL ECO City, Kuala Lumpur

Job Scope

Discover & define

Plan and run lightweight research: interviews, heuristics, competitor/analog audits, JTBD.

Translate business goals & compliance constraints into user journeys, use cases, and edge cases.

Design

Produce IA, flows, low/high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes (Figma).

Design clean, responsive UI for dashboards, onboarding/KYC, invoicing, card management, wallets, and transaction flows.

Write crisp UX copy, micro-interactions, and empty/error states that build trust.

Validate & iterate

Run usability tests, A/B experiments, and accessibility checks (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Use product analytics (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to inform iterations.

Ship & scale

Partner with PM/CTO/Engineering to scope MVPs, finalize specs, and support dev handoff.

Build and maintain a

Design System

(tokens, components, patterns) for web & mobile.

Contribute to QA for visual/interaction quality; file issues with clear repro steps.

Compliance by Design

Embed AML/KYC, PCI-DSS awareness, security and privacy patterns into flows (limits, warnings, confirmations).

Requirements

Bachelor's / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or HCI/Interaction Design.

4-7 years in product design (end-to-end) with

shipped

B2B/B2C products.

A strong portfolio showing: complex flow design, dashboards or financial tools, and measurable outcomes.

Expert in

Figma

(auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping), FigJam/Miro.

Solid UX writing, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals.

Comfortable with

designing for data

: tables, states, filters, pagination, and real-time updates.

Knows basics of HTML/CSS/Dev handoff (tokens, spacing, grid, breakpoints).

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
