The UIUX Designer must ensure the digital products & features are valuable for people, easy to use and of the highest level of craft and execution. Plus, the UIUX Designer will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design and visual design skills.

The UIUX Designer have direct impact the success of the Squad by providing seamless user experience to our customer & play the role in bridging the communication between Business Lead, Product Owner & Tech Team.

The UIUX Designer is reporting to Design Lead, the candidate must be comfortable giving and receiving feedback, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to have quick turnaround time to fit into the fast-paces business environment. The UIUX designer will be an important role in helping to deliver the items and services that Boost provides into.

Responsibilities:

• Highly skilled in Design Sprint process.
• Lead & oversee the user experience of a digital products & app features from conception to launch in partnership with Product Owner, Tech Team, UX Researchers & UX Copywriter
• Must know how to bring multiple stakeholders to the table to understand & solve problems.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful & valuable for our Boost customer.
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Boost digital products.
• Know how to take complicated workflows and make them elegant.
• Design end-to-end flows & experiences that are simple & elegant for our supported platforms.
• Define, craft & evolve designs within visual systems and/ or standards.
• Proactively solicit and provide feedback as a UIUX designers and a broader product team to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Must have the patience to build something magical.

• Degree in graphic design, visual arts, animation, interaction design or relevant qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience working as a UIUX designer, UI designer or similar role.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple business and technology assignments concurrently.

• Highly skilled in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's, Invisionapp, Zeplin, Principle for Mac & Sketch.
• Ability to rapidly ideate and produce multiple UX/UI concepts.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders (including Product Management, Design, Customer Support, Data Analyst, Brand and Communications) to drive consensus and customer value oriented.
• A desire to learn more about processes, technologies, and ways of continuously improving. Willingness to implement new strategies and continuous improvement to increase effectiveness for the business and design needs on an ongoing basis.
• Able to work remotely and has no issue travelling to office based in KL if required.
• A passion in FinTech & digital banking a plus.
