To do this, we always engage with simplicity and deliver with power. Job description We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a UX Designer at Configura you will help shape the future of our products and services, focusing on ensuring the best user experience possible. You will be investigating and defining user need, work together with a cross-functional team to gather requirements and user feedback; and be responsible for designing and creating intuitive interfaces. What you will be doing Investigating and defining requirements based on user needs. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features. Create interactive prototypes for usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Work with a global team of UI/UX Designers to create and maintain design guidelines, design systems and pattern libraries. Create and measure goals and impacts of solutions to ensure continuedly improvements. Help product teams and stakeholders be design driven by facilitating workshops and encourage design thinking. Who are we looking for Bachelor\'s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related Design or Behavioral Science discipline. 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a product company. Proficient in design and prototype tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC and InVision. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Understanding of different workshop methods and experienced facilitating workshops. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experienced working in an Agile environment. Beneficial if you have experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner. Beneficial if you have experience in web designing.
