- Conduct research and usability testing, gathering feedback to continually improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design concepts effectively.
- Investigate design patterns and generate a variety of innovative ideas.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and QA teams to implement and refine designs.
- Understand information architecture and cross-platform flows, considering different states (errors, successes, dead-ends) in designs.
- Actively participate in other designers\' projects, from research to asset production.
- Design visually appealing interfaces that adhere to the company\'s brand and design standards, with attention to typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating them into designs as appropriate.
- Continuously develop core design skills and practice them.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Multimedia, or related fields preferred.
