About the job UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• \xef\xbb\xbfResponsible for UI design for website/mobile application products, involved in the whole process from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to create ideas and provide intuitive and high quality UX.
• Work with design team to develop innovative user interaction concepts based on the understanding of personas, user behaviors, and design patterns.
• Produce sketches, wireframes, information architecture, and prototype for both web and mobile

products. * Deliver pixel-level high fidelity design assets such as icons and interface elements.

• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback into

your designs.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfMinimum 5 years of industry experience.
• High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Degree or diploma in Interaction Design, New Media Design, Web Design, HCI, Graphic Design

or related majors. * Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Zeplin, Figma, InVision, etc.

• Knowledge of user interface heuristics and design for websites and mobile apps application is a must.
• Creativity and eye for detail.
• Strong sense of aesthetic, layout, color, composition, and type.
• Clear thinking and ability to generate creative work that is thoughtful in strategy and execution.
• Good time management to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• \xef\xbb\xbfMulti-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Portfolio of UI/UX Projects showcasing design aesthetics thinking.
• Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS would be an advantage.
• Ability to illustrate.
