Executive Recruitment Monroe Consulting is currently working with an all in one payment platform looking for a UI/UX Designer to come in an embark on upcoming projects alongside taking the reigns in strategizing the overall look and feel of the applications.

The successful Applicant play a critical role in creating engaging and intutive user interfaces for our digital products. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into visually stunning designs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and is skilled in creating seamless user experiences

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to gain insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interative mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI patern libraries to ensure design consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to drive innovation and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics and assets for promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in designing digital products or applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with user research techniques, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices for designing across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with development team
