Requirements:
Minimum
5 years experience
in Umrah operations, from
startup setup to group departure
.
Proven experience in
planning, contracting, visa processing, flight, ground arrangement, and mutawwif coordination
.
Strong understanding of
Tabung Haji, MOTAC, and Saudi system (Maqam, e-Visa, Nusuk, etc.)
Ability to manage team, vendors, and handle customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute Umrah operations end-to-end.
Establish new supplier & hotel contracts in Saudi Arabia.
Monitor booking, manifest, and flight coordination.
Manage customer experience & ensure smooth group departures.
Work closely with management for pricing & marketing of Umrah packages.
