To handle underwriting queries from agents, branches, and other relevant parties such as customer service representatives
Information gathering on queries from branches/others
To handle requests for cancellations, endorsements and other Underwriting requests for existing PP policies
To check and follow up on status of ongoing/current queries
To manage Monthly New Claims Advised Report to Regional and Safe Harbour Report
To liaise with IT on current CR status/reports/requests/issues for PRIME
2. PRIME referrals & queries:
To underwrite referred policies, through information gathering and risk assessment
To liaise and advise sales managers and Front Counter executives re the aforementioned referral cases
3. Renewal review:
To liaise with the relevant parties such as Claims Staff & Branch & Sales Managers re status of policies with claims
To underwrite policies that are due for renewal by reviewing past claims history
4. Adhoc Projects:
To assist Senior Underwriter with adhoc projects including all aspects of new product development \xe2\x80\x93 pre & post launch.
