Job Description

* Our client is a property development company *

Responsibilities:
• Support in CEO’s daily personal errands & business matters
  e.g. shopping, travels, bookings, household matter, meetings,
  events & etc. 
• Assist in preparing business presentations or meeting       
  materials. 
• Attend to visitors or manage private events when required. 

Requirements
• Degree/Diploma/DES/PSC holder.
• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in handling C-level’s confidential
   matters & personal errands. Proven records in multitasking.  
• Experienced in Real Estate/Construction/Engineering is a plus
   (not mandatory)
• Highly presentable, sensitive to details, flexible, independent
   with good sense of urgency !
• Excellent command in English. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint,
  etc. 
• Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley
  when required.
• Flexible to standby for calls during weekends or after work. 
• Permanent vacancy based in Damansara Heights, KL (Bangsar
  area)
