Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesFunctional (job responsibilities)Manage the team (35 staff) to achieve the target/budget on bad debt recovery and OPEX. Ensure that available collection tools such as Debt Collection Agencies (DCA), site visits, skip tracing, and bureau searches are fully utilized for effective collections. Drive the collection performance of assigned DCAs to meet the Bank's annual target. Oversee and manage all areas of operations of DCA and DCA support. To plan, communicate, execute and monitor effective strategies and targeted settlement plans.
Jobholder RequirementMalaysian citizen
Education/QualificationDegree holder with Business Management, Communications, Accounting related field. Experience8 years and above experience in leading a Collections team in banking or non-banking related industry. Special SkillsWorking proficiency of English, proficiency in BM and other languages is a plus. About Hong Leong Bank
