and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Director of Student Recruitment Department to develop and implement a comprehensive “Go to Market Strategy” in line with the University’s objective to achieve Post Graduate programme enrolment numbers
· Work closely with Group Corporate and Marketing Communications, Center for Research and Graduate Studies and all faculties towards implementing the CRM recruitment campaign to achieve enrolment numbers;
· Identify target market and develop marketing strategies, communicate and identify potential program participants by conducting regular previews, webinars and other recruitment channel to attract post graduate enrolment;
· Understand market trends and proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid marketing efforts;
· Conduct market research and recruitment analysis as and when required;
· Provide weekly and/or monthly enrolment and marketing reports as requested; and
· Supervise the subordinates in the absence of the Head of Department including but not limited to delegation and escalation of duties and operation matters.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate, Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/ Communications/Business Studies or equivalent;
· Have excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
· Confident, proactive, sales driven and result-oriented;
· Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in post graduate marketing and student recruitment;
· Mature with excellent spoken and written English, having the ability to speak in other languages is an added advantage;
· Able to work on Microsoft Office application;
· Have excellent customer service skills with enthusiastic approach;
· Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets; and
· Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
