RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan and delegate all tasks and responsibilities among Student Accommodation Unit team members.
· Plan, budget and coordinate available accommodation units to ensure the student accommodation allocation for main resident and clinical posting are sufficient.
· Act as the key person for the management of tenancy related issues for external hostel;
· Plan and develop residence regulations and disseminate the information to all students and to ensure wardens and related parties’ awareness on the established rules and regulations;
· Update and disseminate any new information related to rules and regulations of residency.
· Coordinate and to ensure the administrative process with regards to booking, check-in, check-out, house inspection procedures and all reports are in order and organized accordingly;
· Ensure all related policies and procedures with regards to students accommodations are in-line with the safety regulations and requirements as to ensure students safety and comfort;
· Plan and conduct, together with the hostel warden, as and when necessary, residence inspection from time to time to ensure students abide to the Residence Agreement and discipline;
· Monitor and administer any damage/maintenance issues reported by residence;
· Prepare all necessary reports regarding the occupancy rate, budget of housekeeping, inventory, and maintenance to the university management as per requested;
· Ensure all issues regarding the student accommodation are handled accordingly and timely;
· Conduct regular unit meetings among team members to identify arising issues and their root causes in ensuring occupants safety and wellbeing; and
· Update all quality documents related to student accommodation.
