• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this position.
• Proven track record of delivering tangible result in organic search growth.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings for clients across various industries.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimise content accordingly.
• Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to implement fixes, including site architecture, page optimizations, and other on-page elements.
• Manager and refine link-building strategies.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated in content creation and website structure.
• Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written and verbal) to team members and stakeholders on strategy.
• Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
• Mentor and lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their performance and career development.
