• A Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing or any related field is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Marketing/Sales preferable.
• SPM holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communicator, patient, flexible, and someone who carries a can-do spirit in their toolkit.
• Proficiency with any RM Software will be an added advantage.
• Result oriented and able to deliver and meet targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential participants/clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Reach out to potential participants/clients to share the company\'s program and generate interest to join the program.
• Conduct cold calling to existing candidates/clients to cross sell other programs that are available.
• Close sales with prospects, consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to the company\'s overall growth.
• Any additional task required to support the sales of the company.
