• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)

• Sales Order Creation and ERP Integration:

Accurately create sales orders based on incoming customer orders.Ensure all sales orders are properly synced with the ERP system for seamless processing and tracking.

• Account Statements:

Prepare and send statements of accounts to customers in a timely manner.Address any discrepancies or inquiries related to account statements promptly.

• Managerial Support:

Provide administrative support to the manager.Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Manfaat
