- Minimum possess at least SPM level or above
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal, read, and type) are required
- Willing to commit at 9am - 6pm (9 hours work included 1 hour break)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Monday - Friday)
- Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site office, reachable by LRT)
- Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft office)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory.
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Answer incoming call centre questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Basic RM 2000 + RM 400 KPI
