  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in RM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
TanggungjawabClient Servicing:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance their experience.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
Building and Retaining Relationships:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships.
Communication and Reporting:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners through various channels including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and partnership activities.Generate regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction levels, and partnership progress for management review.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs to enhance job knowledge and performance.
