Job Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in RM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
