• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, related field.
• Experience in the software or IT would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences Channel Sales or relevant experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Strong experience coordinating with external dealers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for dealer inquiries, issues, and support needs.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and enhance profitability within the existing dealer base.
• Implement initiatives to improve dealer\'s retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular consultations with dealers to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance on how dealers can maximize the value of our solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing dealers.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
• Ensure that existing dealers are well-versed in the latest product features and updates.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance dealer sales and marketing capabilities.
• Monitor dealer performance against established KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact dealer satisfaction and retention.
• Address and resolve dealer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of dealer-related challenges.
