• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration, Accounting or related field
• Aggressive, sales minded and good communication skill are required
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin.

• To demonstrate product features before a sale.
• To prepare and deliver appropriate presentation and products/services.
• To manage the relationship with the prospect during the full sales cycle.
• To rectify the needs of customer and provide detailed information to customer about the software specifications and features.
• To prepare sales quotation or proposal to customer based on requirements and needs.
• To handle and follow-up with customer enquiries to close deal.
• Work with implementer to arrange the software implementation for customer.
• To follow-up with customer on outstanding payments (when necessary) and issues.
• To meet assigned target for profitable sales volume.
• To participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and social events.
• Achieve assigned sales target.
• Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
• Maintain high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
