Possess a qualification of Degree or equivalent or a licensed company secretary by SSM.
Minimum 3 or 5 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
Ability to priorities and re-priorities.

Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities
Handle company secretary functions for Sdn Bhd
Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Companies Act 2016
Assist in the preparation of statutory documents using Superior ComSec software (added advantages) and circulation of documents to the relevant parties
Maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for secretarial documents
Preparation and submission of statutory documents such as Annual Return, ROA, ROM, Audited Financial Statements to SSM
Preparation of Directors\' Circular Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings and such other documents in compliance with Companies Act 2016
Handling all aspects of corporate secretarial work with minimal supervision and liaising with SSM
Updating and maintaining statutory records of all companies
Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions
Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents
Updating and maintaining all relevant statutory records, registers and other documents
Assist the Company Secretary in company secretarial and administrative matters
Liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders in connection with company secretarial matters.
Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensure compliance with submission timeline and requirements
