• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this role.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills is preferred. However open to meet fresh grads for this role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and \xe5\x89\xaa\xe6\x98\xa0.
• Strong understanding of video formats and file management practices.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and pacing.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing and Post-Production: * Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content that aligns with the company\'s vision and branding.

• Perform color correction, sound editing, and visual effects to enhance video quality.

Content Creation: * Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts for promotional, educational, and branding purposes.

• Create a variety of video content including advertisements, social media clips, tutorials, and event highlights.

Storyboarding and Pre-Production: * Work with the creative team to develop storyboards and shot lists based on project requirements.

• Participate in pre-production meetings to understand project goals, timelines, and creative direction.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: * Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.

Content Optimization for Various Platforms: * Adapt video content for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and Tiktok

• Ensure videos are optimized for each platform, considering factors such as aspect ratios, length, and file size.

Innovation and Trend Awareness: * Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends.

• Experiment with new styles and technologies to keep the company\'s video content fresh and engaging.
