Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
1 - 2 years of experience in related field
Dedicated team player and strong job commitment.
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written) as this role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.

Tanggungjawab

Calculate and determine materials needed based on the drawing, go through all tender documents and prepare quotations accordingly.
Prepare cost and materials estimates, draw up projected budgets, identify any changes and update team accordingly.
Keep track of the current progress of on-going projects including timely delivery and update BD team.
Perform administrative support, including preparing quotation, data entry and maintenance of data in our system.
Liaise with team and customers on orders, price and product availability.
Liaise with customers on requests and meet customers\' expectations.
Undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
