Job Responsibility Manage company emails. Oversee office administration, including office buildings, equipment, stationery control, pantry supplies, etc. Manage employee welfare, including meals, holiday gift packages, medical subsidies, etc. Handle the full spectrum of HR including attendance, payroll, training and development, and performance management. Responsible for all staff movements (recruitment, exit, transfer, etc.). Work closely with all Government / Agencies for work permits, licenses, etc. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word & Excel. Own transportation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in a team setting. Good problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. Language: Can read and speak Mandarin as need to liaise with China side. At least degree in relevant studies. At least 3 years of experience as an admin / HR.
