Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering preferable Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger and Piping design especially in Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience in managing a Engineering / Design team.
Familiar with international code (ASME, TEMA, PTS, EN etc).
Familiar with engineering software (PV Elite, Compress etc).
Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project 2010 is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Scopes:

To perform preliminary and actual design calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
Maintain submission of documents/drawings to the third parties agency, client, and statutory bodies like DOSH.
Prepare all cost database for project pricing and cost estimation using proper estimation methodology.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
Prepare preliminary equipment material specification and material take off.
To provide technical aspect on the design to meet client requirement and interpret standards such as ASME, TEMA, BS and etc.
Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required.
