Job Description

• At least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 year(s) of working experience, 3 year(s) People Management skill.
• Experience in Bonded Factory / Bonded Area will be add advantage.
• Must be able to speak & write in Mandarin (due to nature of business)
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office ( Exp: Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.

• Customs and Trade Compliance:
• Maintain customs compliance for all import and export processes.
• Manage compliance of bonded warehouse license. (Exp. LMW)
• Manage compliance of bonded area. (Exp. FIZ)
• Shipping Management.
• Ensure customers\' schedules are met effectively through advanced planning.

• Import Management
• Manage inbound activities with vendors from planning, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Liaise with Customs for import and export declaration and clearance.
• Liaise with Government authorities for import and export permits application and duty tax exemptions.

• Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Administration
• Analysis, control and implement cost saving on Logistics operations.
• Identify, monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators for Logistics Team.
