- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM, any field.
- Required skill(s) : Computer literate, English Communication
- Familiar with Microsoft Words and Excel Skills
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Multiple location: Bandar Botanic
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos
- Handle and organize office filing systems effectively
- Responsible for general administrative tasks
- Enter data from paper files to computer systems and filing
- Assist superior in daily administrative work
