Job Description


  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos
  • Handle and organize office filing systems effectively
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks
  • Enter data from paper files to computer systems and filing
  • Assist superior in daily administrative work
Benefits

  • Required skill(s) : Computer literate, English Communication
  • Familiar with Microsoft Words and Excel Skills
  • 1 year working experience as HR assistant preferable
  • Location: Bandar Botanic
