  • Able speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able commit on 3 rotate shifts (Shift time : 7am to 4pm, 3pm to 12am, 10pm to 7am)
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
