Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field;
Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in a senior executive role;
Prior experience reporting to Japanese stakeholders is an added advantage;
Applicants with prior experience working in a local Japanese Manufacturing companies are encouraged to apply;
Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and spoken Japanese;
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills and able to work in a pressured environment;
Willing and able to relocate to Japan to take up the role.
Tanggungjawab
Reporting to the HR Manager, locally and in Japan;
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including recruiting new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department;
Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Overseeing performance reviews and maintaining employee records.
Tracking department budgets.
Responding to employees\' queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Adaptable to the Japanese working culture.
