Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie in a hotel\'s or restaurant with good standards. Work experience with international brands will be advantageous.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an added advantage.
Open for Malaysian Citizen / Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
