Responsibilities

• \xc2\xb7 Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries.
• \xc2\xb7 Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being, and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.
• \xc2\xb7 Generate invoices for customer and collect payment.
• \xc2\xb7 Compilation of sales data.
• \xc2\xb7 Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• \xc2\xb7 Handle back up for assessment records.
• \xc2\xb7 Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments.
• \xc2\xb7 To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event.
• \xc2\xb7 To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback.
• \xc2\xb7 To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas.
• \xc2\xb7 Ad hoc task assigned by the superior.
