Tanggungjawab

Demonstrate strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction
Maintain a detailed knowledge of products to perform day to day sales activities
Ensure showroom are well maintained with the highest standards of grooming etiquettes and products are displayed accordingly with accurate price label
Ensure all stock administration (stock count, internal transfer, sample, dispatch and delivery) are properly recorded and reported to Warehouse and Logistics Department
Ensure all transactions including orders taken, cash/cheque received, debit/credit card transactions and online bank transfer are well recorded and reported to Finance & Account Department
Ensure confidentiality with respect to customer and sales information
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management from time to time
