Candidate must possess at least diploma/professional certificate/ degree or any relevant field in Account or Finance.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferable in Construction or Project Accounting background.
Computer literate, meticulous, committed and hardworking individual.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Familiar with Accounting Software (Autocount), Microsoft Office

Tanggungjawab

Must be able to handle full set of Accounts, prepare full set of monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Familiar with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Journal and Bank Reconciliation/ Accounting System.
Familiar with project costing and accounting.
To assist in monthly closing and accounting data entry.
To maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system.
Involve and assisting in managing the day-to-day operation of the office by supporting the administrative works given.
To ensure that ALL minutes of meetings are distributed to respective and filed accordingly.
To update all project costing by constantly coordinating with Procurement, Project and Sales and submit to MD monthly.
To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.
