Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Psychology or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on home appliances / consumer electronics or related industries preferred
  • Must respond to calls and messages rapidly
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage when serving Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Must have good customer service and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, empathy, patience and immaculate manners
  • Must have the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Must have a track record of delivering high-quality service and results
  • Must possess good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive)
  • Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be fully vaccinated with booster shot
  • Only Malaysian citizens are considered at this time
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and through various channels (phone, email, text, etc.), with a focus on resolving complex and escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel heard and valued
  • Ensure the timely resolution of service tickets, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Participate in meetings and projects as assigned, providing input on customer service matters
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and reports as required
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, embodying our values and commitment to customer service excellence
  • Complete any assigned ad-hoc tasks
